As a lead data scientist for SkygenUSA, was responsible for ideation and development of data products based on a strategic vision. The company filed for an utility patent on one of the products. Responsible for a team of data and business analysts who deliver around 3000 reports to clients. Instrumental in enhanced their capability by streamlining data operations. Worked with business leaders to improve provider network management by identifying outlying provider behavior using machine learning to save hundreds of man hours.

Machine learning subject matter expert to evaluate, bid and propose on various Department of Defense proposals that have machine learning requirements. Won a few significant contracts worth millions of dollars based on the prototypes developed by my team.

System Director, Data Science @ St Joseph Health System

Built the data science capability from ground up. Formed an Analytics Governing Council of hospital administrators and physician leaders from across the hospital system to align on projects, priorities and investments. Saved over $40M within the first year with strategic use of in-house and third party predictive models.
